Ashley Pinkston was raised in Martin, TN where she worked at Simmons Bank for 12 years. In 2015 she accepted a position as Vice President of Loan Administration making her responsible for loan production in over 7 states.

In 2018, Mrs. Pinkston left the banking world and obtained her Real Estate License.  She is a participant in the Reelfoot Regional Association of Realtors, Central West Tennessee Association of Realtors, Tennessee Valley Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Mrs. Pinkston is married to John Dustin Pinkston and together they have 4 children, Drake, Easton, Beau, and Ella.  She is heavily involved in their family row crop farm and enjoys being actively involved in their children's extracurricular activities. She is a member of the Pilot Club and the Weakley County Young Farmers and Ranchers.
